In a situation with a judicial system that must have thought I had blinders on during my probation revocation hearing..lol. Violated because I missed an appointment because I was working. Called 2 hrs ahead to see if I could change the time. Nope! so a warrant was issued. The list goes on and on of judicial misconduct that I have endured over the past 2 yrs. I asked my public def. to recuse himself. He said "Well you think that I caused your probation to be revoked?" and then he says "Well I think you caused your probation revocation. So I say "Yep nothing like getting good ole fashioned half ass representation". I think I may have hit a nerve by asking him to recuse himself?? lol. Needless to say I could really use a miracle right now because I have asked for help all over the internet and I am still sitting here trying to come up with a way to get some help. I sure would appreciate any ideas or a few charity dumps. Thank ya'll : )
